Two rooms have king size beds with luxurious bedding. A sitting area with cable television and fire place for extra comfort. Large en-suite bathrooms, tub/shower, and hair dryers. One room has two full size beds, sitting area, cable television and large en-suite bathroom with hairdryer. There is computer room with high speed internet and refrigerator. All rooms are $125.00 per night. Double occupancy No minimum stay required, however, there is an additional $20.00 fee for a single Saturday night during July and August. An additional $20.00 fee for extra person staying in room. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund , minus $25 service fee, with 2 week notice. Within 14 days,full refund, minus $25 service fee, if room is rebooked for all nights. Well behaved children are welcome. Telephone or e-mail reservation accepted with a one day deposit, check, to follow within 3 days. Check in time is 4pm to 7pm(flexible with notice). Check out time is 11am. A full breakfast is included with room rate. Breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am in the dining room. Special meals are available with advanced notice. Smoking is allowed ONLY on front or rear porches. We cannot accommodate guests pets.
